A little about Kari:
I'm a Gray Area Drinking Expert, Executive Coach, Speaker, and Author that helps high performers move out of the gray areas in their lives so they can establish healthier boundaries.
I created GrayTonic, (main business), and the Question the Drink & Try Dry for 30 programs after my own experience as a former gray area drinker left me frustrated and confused with traditional programs.
I wanted to create something for those in the in-between stage of socially drinking and severely abusing alcohol that didn’t need recovery, but rather discovery.
I've helped hundreds of people regain their confidence as they improve their relationship with alcohol, and other negative coping aids, through my exclusive one-on-one concierge-level services, online coaching programs, and through the Question the Drink Facebook Community. My business has grown more than 550% in under two years.
I'm also a co-author of the #1 Amazon Bestselling book, The Successful Mind, Tools to Living a Purposeful, Productive, and Happy Life.
